This morning the whole team, minus Wonda and myself with kitchen duty and Barbara who is not feeling well, went to the school worksite.  There were lots of projects, big and small for everyone to do.  We have a new haus mary today.  Her name is Betty.  All the haus marys we have had this week typically work for some of the missionaries here on station so we are blessed to be able to “borrow” them to help us out.  At lunchtime when the team came back in they were filthy and very tired.  They have all been kept very busy and will continue to be this afternoon.  The goal is to be able to start laying the new subfloor today.   After lunch several took short naps before heading back to the worksite.  Jeff went back to be with Justin in the IT office.  The team worked until around 4 p.m..  Our activity for today is a visit to the children’s ward at the hospital.  We have learned one short song in Pidgen…if we read the words correctly.  That song is to be sung and we have blown up some balloons to give them.  It didn’t take long to do that supper was a little earlier than 6 p.m.  Neither Charity or Tim will be with us tonight for devotions as the missionary staff is giving Charity a going away party. Her 2 year contract is over as soon as school is out in 4 days.  She is leaving for a few weeks of home assignment (deputation) and then will be transitioning into a new assignment teaching school in Singapore  and working for the regional office there.  As soon as devotions by Byron started tonight it started raining.  It was quite a downpour for about an hour.  Everyone is exhausted from the hard work day so all went to bed by 9 p.m.  Good night.  Sleep tight!
